Friendly owner, helpful trip advice, polite and calm people, free pick up, beautiful location, wonderful stay.

It was all superb.

In the middle of the city, very convenient. There was free parking. It is near to the airport

Convenient location for exploring the city. A nearby cafe called Motor Cafe was a great spot to grab a bite to eat. We were really happy with choosing this place. It was a good decision! 🌟

The location was quiet, and the room was clean and cozy. We enjoyed the tasty meals included in our half-board package.

The hotel staff arranged our airport transfers smoothly, despite the civil unrest in Srinagar. They provided us with excellent food and even organized a nice trek to a glacier. The cost of the trek was very reasonable compared to market prices. they helped us arrange a vehicle for our trip to Leh. The location of the hotel was also convenient, central to Srinagar. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the food served was delicious. I highly recommend staying at The Shelter Heritage for a comfortable and enjoyable experience in Srinagar.

During my xmas stay, I enjoyed the fact that the hotel offered free breakfast and WiFi. the hotel was also located in a convenient area near many shops and restaurants. One of the best aspects was the beautiful view of the surrounding area from my room's window.

My experience at this hotel was not entirely positive. the staff was pushy and kept offering me tours and souvenirs, even after I had declined multiple times.

What an amazing experience spending my Xmas holidays at this hotel! The food was delicious and so comforting. The beautiful wood-powered heater in the room brought so much warmth and coziness to the chilly weather. I also loved the attentive service from the friendly staff, always willing to assist with anything we needed. Location wise, it was so convenient having a general store just across the hotel, perfect for any last-minute needs. Plus the new building has some incredible rooms at a reasonable price.

Honestly, the only downside was the lack of variety in the meals provided. Although the food was tasty, it would have been nice to have more options on the menu.
